Mike Percy was the guest speaker at the recent 2008 Victoria Division ‘Engineering Officer & Technologist Cocktail’ function, held on the 30th October at Swinburne University of Technology TAFE in Hawthorn.
Mike’s presentation, ‘Providing Engineering Services in a Rapidly Changing Business Environment’, focused on the importance of realising that the environment around us is changing and organisations need to be proactive to adapt to the change. The presentation also highlighted the need for organisations to provide an environment that offers work challenges, as well as the opportunity to have fun.
